Are your products organic or natural? What’s the difference?
Let’s start with the second question, first. What is the difference between “organic” and “natural”?
“Organic” products almost always refer to products that are produced, manufactured, handled and certified using organic methods as defined by certain governing bodies. The term “natural” is a bit trickier. It can mean many things to different people. Some harsh chemicals are “natural” but that doesn’t mean you want to put them on your skin.
At Rocket Pure, we define natural as being minimally processed with no artificial ingredients. We produce our products from nature. Our ingredients are natural and naturally derived. Why aren’t we “organic”? Some of our ingredients are organic, but we’ve found that by using all natural ingredients we are able to offer you a great, healthy, quality product at a price point that is a little easier on your wallet. We never use harsh or suspect chemicals such as parabens, sulphates, synthetic fragrances, dyes or genetically modified ingredients.

How long will it take my order to reach me?
In the United States, we offer Next Day(1 day), Expedited(3-7 Days) and Standard Shipping(5-10 Days). and Take a look at our shipping policies for a complete explanation on timing for delivery.
What if a Rocket Pure product I’ve bought isn’t working out for me?
We expect you will love our products, but should you not, we have a very generous return policy.
Rocket Pure has a policy of 100% satisfaction or a 100% refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase in full, less shipping and handling, or send you one of our other products at no charge. Please let us know which you prefer. This policy is good for 60 days from the date of purchase in the United States. But our lawyers make us say that. So, with that being said, we’re really pretty nice people. If you don’t like the product you’ve purchased and the 60 days has passed, we’ll probably let that rule slip.

Can I buy Rocket Pure products if I live outside the U.S.?
No, not yet. Rocket Pure products are personal care products, which are typically regulated by government health and drug agencies. Because we are a small company we have decided just to sell in the U.S. for the time being, working within U.S. regulations. But stay tuned for global expansion.

My Rocket Pure product was delivered but it was broken, leaking, destroyed. What do I do?
Let’s be honest. Sometimes accidents happen. Our beloved US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS etc all make mistakes. Sometimes they even run over your packages with their trucks. And deliver them anyway. And your package shows up broken, leaking or completely destroyed. It happens.
But, don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. We have a policy of 100% satisfaction, or 100% refund. And that goes for any screw-up by the shipping companies as well. Send us a note here and we’ll refund and/or fix your shipping issue right away. Even if it wasn’t our fault.
